In the first visit, we'll review your intake form and dive deeper into your health while connecting the dots. We'll explore testing options to help you better understand the factors influencing your health. Testing is not OHIP covered, but may be covered by your insurance provider.

We’ll also get a head start on a treatment strategy that may include a combination of lifestyle modifications, nutrition recommendations and/or nutritional/herbal supplements.

During your first follow up consultation, we’ll review your lab results and I’ll explain what each detail on your lab report means. With the knowledge gained from the combination of your lab results, symptoms and health history, we’ll further refine your treatment strategy to restore your health.

This is where we check in to assess your progress and help keep you accountable to ensure you stay on track. Changing health behaviours happens over time and can be challenging. No problem if you veer from the plan, we are human and life happens. But let's explore that and get you back on track.

Data is our friend and the proof is in the numbers! We’ll be repeating your labs between your third and fourth appointment. During your fourth visit we’ll review your results and track your progress. We may modify your treatment plan again depending on your progress up until this point.

With your fifth and sixth follow up, we are able to continually work on restoring your health while tracking your progress, holding you accountable, smoothing out any challenges along the way and modifying your treatment plan as needed.

Once your health is restored and your goals are met, we will transition you into a maintenance plan, which will require much less frequent visits unless a new concern arises.
